I’m Paul Bujak — Senior Product Manager and Technical Lead bridging Fortune 500 enterprise delivery with hands-on AI/ML platform building.
For ten years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (and Baxter / Baxalta / Shire before each acquisition), I built and ran the PMO through four major M&A integrations — including the $62 billion Shire-Takeda combination, the largest pharmaceutical acquisition in history. The work covered Oracle EBS, supply chain transformation, governance frameworks, and stakeholder alignment across Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
Today I’m Director and Product Manager at Arbor Park Products, Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at Insurance Medley, and continue to teach Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics, and Technology Management as an adjunct professor at Webster University and Saint Xavier University — a role I’ve held for 15+ years.
Alongside those, I built LabelForge — a production AI labeling and annotation platform using Claude’s API, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and RLHF pipelines. It ships at startup velocity with a full CI/CD pipeline, 144 automated tests, and realtime agent dispatch under a 30-second SLA. I built the stack hands-on: Python/FastAPI backend, React/TypeScript frontend, MongoDB, Redis, GitHub Actions.
Other active ventures: Everprotex (FDA-registered medical barrier paste), Urban Warrior (tactical streetwear on WooCommerce/Printful), IgnyteSite (WordPress and e-commerce agency), DesignKido (automated web development platform), and Cigars Concierge (premium concierge service).
That rare combination — enterprise PM depth, hands-on AI/ML engineering, and 15 years teaching the next generation — is what I bring to client work. I can read a P&L and write production code in the same week.
